Bob Allen

Bob Allen is IDEAS’ Founder and Chief Storytelling Officer, bringing more than 40 years of experience, 21 years as the founder and principal executive of IDEAS. During his 25 year tenure with The Walt Disney Company, Bob worked in executive leadership positions with live entertainment design and operations at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and for Walt Disney Imagineering. In July of 2001, Bob formed Integrity Arts and Technology Inc. and completed a management buyout of IDEAS from the Walt Disney Company. In 2023, IDEAS was acquired and became part of The Summit, an innovative group of design and marketing firms. Bob is a renowned national speaker on storytelling, innovation, and branding, having also taught at the University of Central Florida and chaired various industry panels for three Florida Governors.

His leadership competency, business acumen, and creativity have been instrumental in transforming Jungle Island Resort and Theater of the Sea into top destinations in the area, offering captivating shows, thrilling animal experiences, delectable food and beverage venues, engaging tours, and enriching educational programs.

Rick Allen

Rick Allen's journey began at 16, sweeping streets on MAIN STREET USA, leading to 43 with the Disney company -- 24 years in executive roles in US and international theme parks, and 7 Disney resort hotels -- Rick has spent recent years in equally exciting  and rewarding roles as  Chief Operating Officer for Give Kids The World, a non-profit resort providing no-cost vacations to families of kids with critical illnesses, as COO for the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games, the largest humanitarian event in Florida history, and in serving on the Board of Directors for Shepherd’s Hope, a Non-Profit organization that provides free health care to uninsured people in Central Florida. Rick is currently consulting for projects with Great Wolf Lodge, IDEAS, and American Heartland Theme Park and Resort.
